		<description>In Virginia we have fig trees in my backyard too. I am overwhelmed by the amount of figs this year. I have made fig bread, fig cake, great in salads. I was looking for an interesting not too sweet preserve recipe. Can&#039;t wait to try it. Thanks!</description>
